For Cataloochee Campground - Great Smoky Mountains National Park: This is a very pretty campground. Small with a nice stream on one side. Bathrooms were fine. Water is available, but no electric and no dump. The road in is very challenging; steep, narrow, gravel with many blind curves and steep drop offs. It took 45 minutes to drive the 10 miles in from I-40!
The NP specs say max trailer length is 31 feet. Our TT is 24 feet and we were OK. However we did have great difficulty backing into our site, #5. The driveway was plenty long, but the turn in is narrow with trees on the opposite side of the road. A few of the other sites looked easier for long trailers.
All in all a good place, if you are not intimidated by the road in.
