For Twin Creek RV Resort: Bill was very accommodating and helpful. Resort is very well maintained and clean. There are rules, but nothing obnoxious and all are in the interest of keep you and your fellow campers comfortable. Never went to bath house, so I cannot give feed back. The location is convenient to Gatlinburg without being in the hustle and bustle. We would return. We are 61 feet long and fit in a back in spot with no problem.

For Twin Creek RV Resort: This park was just that. A park setting complete with bubbling creek and beautiful shrubbery. The lots are level and clean and the owner provides lots of extras right there on site for reasonable fees. We will stay again when traveling this way.

For Twin Creek RV Resort: The campground looked really cozy and beautiful but we were not able to stay there. I called a few times and left a message but never received a call back. Decided to drive by but they were closed at 3:30 and did not take after hours reservations. A callback would of been nice I guess.

For Twin Creek RV Resort: Bill was fantastic and super accommodating the entire time we were there. He checked on us and made special arrangements for part of our party that wasn’t arriving until almost midnight. We headed out there after being evacuated for hurricane Florence. We got spots directly across from the creek that runs parallel to the road. Gatlinburg has a ton of stuff to offer for things to do. Plenty of hikes in the area. When you stay you have to check out all the local vendors there are some pretty awesome talents right there.

For Twin Creek RV Resort: Beautiful park, nice place to stay. Mary, the owner, would like you to think you are lucky to stay there. No DIGITAL cable, low water pressure, “military style†rules and regulations. We have stayed here a dozen or so times over the last 20 yrs or so; for us,I think it’s time to try one of the newer parks around the area.

Disappointed
For Twin Creek RV Resort: Campground is clean but the lady at the desk was a little snippy. We tried to make a reservation months ago but they would not make it for one night and were told we just had to hope we got there early enough. We arrived at 10 am and she said that she would have to call to see if they had any openings for that night. (There were about 10 spaces filled) We felt like she acted like she was doing us a favor. When we got up the next day there were 2 additional motorhomes, the rest of the campground was empty. We have stayed there previously and enjoyed ourselves. I don't know if this is a new owner or what the deal is but this time as a Good Sam member we were charged a total of 69.00. I have never paid that high of rate. She asked us if we had pullouts. We told her we did but we weren't going to use them but were told that it didn't matter we would be charged for them anyway. This was our third stay there but we will not go back.

For Twin Creek RV Resort: Campground is well maintained. Too many signs for my taste- do this/can't do that etc... Dog park was small but ok. Lots of people do not pick up after their dog. Sites were level and clean for the most part. If you are by the road there is a lot of road noise so I suggest staying in the inner circle or further. Pool was clean. Bathrooms were clean but VERY HOT. Stalls were tiny.
The office offered you the chance to get the first night free by shopping in their boutique. Overly expensive $56 for a cheap leather bracelet but you have to do it by the day before you leave. Well the shop closes at 4 so unless you aren't leaving the campground to sightsee you are out of luck.
Gave a middle of the road review because there were just enough negatives as there were positives.
