For Pigeon Forge RV Resort: The staff is awesome! Very helpful and friendly. The pool and bathhouse were very, very clean. The place is modern and up to date. The site we were in was kinda small but there were plenty others plenty big. They are located close to everything. Will definitely stay again!

For Pigeon Forge RV Resort: We stayed at this park for Labor Day weekend and it was very busy so our experience may be due to the time we visited. The park has changed management recently and is still being renovated. The office, pool, and bathhouse are all brand new and very nice. The sites themselves are somewhat tight to get into or at least they may be putting people in spaces they shouldn’t. My 42’ 5th wheel barely fit in my site never mind my truck. The roads are narrow and vehicles were parked everywhere partially in the road making it hard to navigate. We also were surround by inconsiderate campers who kept cutting through our campsite to get to their friends sites, both kids and adults. Along with the theme of inconsiderate campers there were a tons of kids using the slide at the pool in unsafe ways and not following the rules so the staff kept shutting down the slide. The worst part was the parents of these kids were sitting there watching and weren’t enforcing the rules with their kids at all or just didn’t think the rules apply to them so those of us that have kids that follow the rules kept getting punished as well. I wish they would just kick the rule breakers out of the pool and let the rest of us enjoy. So maybe in a year when grass is more established and the renovations are complete it would be a good place to stay on a non holiday weekend, but our experience this weekend was not very good.
