For KOA Holiday Pigeon Forge: Clean campground, very nice. Spaces are a little tight. We didn’t make it in until 11:30 but luckily we had a fairly easy spot to get into. Our check in packet was by the front desk office and easy to locate. The sewer hookup was about a foot off the ground so drainage wasn’t easy for us in site 122. I used the bathroom once but it was very clean. Lots of activities and things to do within the park. Lazy river looked nice but we didn’t stay for long so we didn’t get to enjoy all the amenities.

For KOA Holiday Pigeon Forge: My family and I love this place. We just stayed for the second time in the past year. Well maintained and a ton of things for kids to do. They won’t get bored. On our way back from Florida we arrived at 10:30 pm. It was very dark and we had a back in site. Out of nowhere comes a golf cart with staff to guide me. I was impressed with that and the overall experience there. Also it’s close to very good restaurants.

For KOA Holiday Pigeon Forge: Very well maintained park with super friendly staff that run things like clockwork. Lots of activities for the kids and family games. Has a small cafe for those who are so inclined. Overall a great campground. There are a few issues, which prevent 5 stars. We were very unlucky and booked a “premium” spot which turned out to be at the front of the park and it’s literally right off a major thoroughfare into Pigeon Forge with constant road noise. Definitely not premium if you ask me. Most of the RV sites are very tight and with additional vehicles parked; makes it seem almost claustrophobic. Attendants have to escort campers to their site to avoid getting wedged into a bad spot. Way too narrow in a lot of areas. Additionally, there are a number of sites not even remotely level but we were fortunate to not get one. I don’t want my comments to detract from an otherwise nice campground though. It has fantastic access to all the amenities and attractions in the Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area. The parks are awesome for the kids, the entire grounds were superbly clean and organized. They also have a good selection of camper gear for sale in the office if you need it. We would definitely stay again but specifically request a spot away from the highway.

For KOA Holiday Pigeon Forge: I would totally recommend this KOA, it has all the amenities I would ever need. Didn’t have enough time to spend there but I was impressed with the playground for the kids and train rides. The staff were really nice and helpful.

For KOA Holiday Pigeon Forge: This is the cleanest KOA I have seen! Showers and bathrooms were very clean, with good water pressure and nice hot showers. The laundry facilities were very clean as well. Laundry room has five or six washers and six dryer’s. Hosts are very friendly and helpful with tourist and sightseeing information. Site #8 was level with good water and electricity. Most sites looked fairly level. Good TV channels, internet okay for the most part.

Ken

For KOA Holiday Pigeon Forge: Clean park, well maintained campground, friendly staff, we have rv so didn't check out bathrooms or showers. Small park, sites are VERY CLOSE and tight to bet into and out of. We have a shaded site and there are plenty of trees so there isn't that parking lot feel (except for being so close together. Close to everything. We would stay again. I would give 5 stars if sites were bigger.

Terry

For KOA Holiday Pigeon Forge: Sorry the restrooms are atrocious. You have separate shower area and then you have to pack up your stuff and walk to the next building to blow dry your hair. They have the restroom and the shower totally separated. And of course you don't know when you finish your shower whether the restroom is going to be open so you can put on your makeup and blow dry your hair. Could be spontaneously closed for cleanup. That's what happened to me. The other showers by the office are better since they had the sinks and the showers together. But the shower head is about 4 feet off the ground so you have to bend over to take a shower. Also when using the toilet area when you open the door you have to walk behind the toilet to close the door. Very frustrating experience
