For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Been there 2 years in a row now. Great place. We meet up with other couples each year. Nice spots. Some of the river lots are beautiful but are extremely hard to get! So plan a year ahead or so. Very friendly staff. Nice big dog park. Activities for the kids. Close to a lot of attractions. Cons- no cell service. Average WiFi. We will be there again next year!

For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Very clean, helpful staff, beautiful grounds and just outside the GSM national park. Sites with a fire pit are worth the extra few dollars.

For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Surprising clean and well maintained. We were impressed and enjoyed our stay in our 25 foot trailer.
We plan to return to this park in the future.

For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Wow, super clean bath house. Nice shaded sites. Pay the extra for the premium "on river" sites. I took that as a recommendation from another review, glad I paid the extra $.

For KOA Holiday Townsend Great Smokies: Friendly, helpful staff. Beautiful sights but a little narrow. Many improvements in the works. Spend the extra bucks and stay right on the river, although the river is close to all the sights. River sights are a little wider. Loved it there.
