For Coushatte Recreation Ranch: An older park, with many permanent residents. For groups it is great, as an indoor meeting room with kitchen is available. Rates are reasonable, but this is not a destination campground.

For Coushatte Recreation Ranch: 8/12/2016 in a small travel trailer. $22/night cash rate. There was no one at the office, and it was self-check in and find yourself a spot - pay in the envelope and drop it in the slot. Our selected site was pull through and required no leveling. Power, water, and sewer were all good. No cable service and if there is wifi, I couldn't figure it out. There is a large rec hall (we were with a square dancing group), and quite a few permanent residents. Over the air TV reception from Houston was quite acceptable. This park is out of the way which makes it quiet. Big Rigs have plenty of room to park, but you are traveling some narrow back roads to get there. The square dance group meets there once a month and we will go there again. OK If you aren't looking for frills (like a pool, etc), and are OK with out of the way.

For Coushatte Recreation Ranch: Nothing special park. Not really for kids. Lots of mobiles. Okay place but don't go out of your way.
