For Bay Landing RV Campground: We are here now in February 2022. When you come to the gate you will be greeted with a smile and directions to go through the gate and park. The staff is very kind. You will then search for your site so look at the map, many are 30 amp only and many don’t have sewage. You will find most spots are roomy and a few trees are scattered throughout. Drive slow.. you might hit a deer, bobcat, road runner or mountain lion! Yes they are all in residence here. There is a nice adults only lodge with a pool table, TV coffee maker, microwave, restroom and tons of vhs and dvds to watch in your rig! The activity center is old but clean and they have activities now that include art projects and bingo and of course Football games on the big screen, they also have a food bar with burgers, nachos and many other choices at very reasonable prices! The have lake front property with a pier to fish from and fish cleaning tables. Large fire pits if you are needing group time are located near a large pavilion, there is a pool and hot tub but it’s closed for winter, the play ground needs a paint job but my grandson enjoyed it. The miniature golf is in good condition but needs a paint job which I was told will begin this spring. There are picnic tables at each site and a grill and fire pit. The ROADS are HORRIBLE so prepare yourself. I was told they may be preparing them in 2022. Extra fee for 50 amp use

For Bay Landing RV Campground: Yes, the road in and out of the campground is pretty rough. We took it slow and made it in. The campground is very well maintained and cared for. Amenities were mostly closed due to some covid regulations and others due to the recent freezing weather causing water lines to be broken. They were waiting for parts to open the pool. We were in a beautiful site (125) with a front door lake view and full hookups. Close enough to the city to enjoy some museums, shopping and dining. But, far enough away to see nature and peaceful bird song.

For Bay Landing RV Campground: We had the good fortune to have a waterside site with sunset views over Lake Bridgeport. The sites on the east side of the cove do not have sewer hookups but were more spacious than the full hook up sites on the west side of the cove. The lack of sewer hook up was not much of an inconvenience though as the park offers a honeypot service three days a week. There are clubhouses and pools for families and for adults as well as the normal recreational amenities like mini golf and playground. For Bay Landing RV Campground: This is a Thousand Trails campground. The road beyond the gate was very rough to drive on in our truck. There were plenty of level RV sites and we had a nice, shaded back-in site. When we were there we were able to purchase meals in the park in the dining area. The park is on a very nice lake, which is currently full. The park and restrooms were clean, and the ranger staff was helpful and courteous. Would visit this park again.
