For Fort Stockton RV Park: A follow up to my last post. Their dog park area was the BEST I encountered in my trip out to CA. It ias ALL grass, NO goat heads within this fenced area and very large - about 50 yds x 25 yds. Dog owners at this second visit were very good about picking up after their pooches. Back gate gap was large enough for my Mini-Schnauzer to walk right out and take off! Thank goodness I saw her take off to go get her while I was watching more closely, my blind dog.

For Fort Stockton RV Park: Great food at the road runner cafe, especially after a hard day of driving when you don’t want to cook. This is my second stay here. I picked it for the cafe. Sites are a bit rough in appearance ( but so is everything in this part if Texas!) but are level. Bathrooms clean and large. Have 2 dogs so goat-heads (meanest most painful thorn around) are a real problem. There is a large fenced dog park but all owners not the best cleaning up after their own pooches and you have to time your walks around the bigger dogs. Super nice staff!

For Fort Stockton RV Park: Nice rv park. Sites level and grassy. Very friendly. Ate at the on site restaurant- delicious!

For Fort Stockton RV Park: 38 ft towing a car and we stayed one night and everything was great . The Roadrunner was EXCELLENT! HAD ONE OF THE BEST CHICKEN FRIED STEAKS THERE . It is a must ! Very acceptable place to stay .

For Fort Stockton RV Park: Great Great park. Great restaurant. Food was awesome. And reasonable. The pool was clean and refreshing. The site was level. Part was in great shape grass mowed and very clean. Would definitely stay there again.
