For Hilltop RV Park: Very nice stop over. Easy off I10. Enjoyed the pool and a beautiful sunset. Bathroom and shower were clean. Believe it was $40 something a night.

For Hilltop RV Park: Great stopover! FHU sites are level and have a small pad with a picnic table. Very dusty, like all of west Texas. Close to town, but not too close. Bathrooms clean. Pool was nice, too. Easy on/off I-10. Nice manager showed us to our site. Reasonable price.

For Hilltop RV Park: Spoke to both owners at one point or another and both were very nice and helpful. What I really like is that they always answer the phone! When we arrived there was no one in the office so we used the self check-in. They had us in a site for a 25 ft RV, and we are 45 ft and towing. After phoning the owner, he helped us pick another available site. Unfortunately, it was too short as well so we had to unhook the toad. Not a big deal just inconvenient. An employee came by about an hour later and apologized for the mistake. So kudos for that! Most of the largest sites appear to be on the back two rows. It’s a little tight maneuvering for larger rigs but doable. Luckily, no one was in front of us so we were able to drive through that site when we left. The park is basically a big parking lot with dirt and white gravel throughout. Yes, that white stuff does track in on your shoes. Each site has a (very dirty) picnic table. Some have a small brick patio. Sites are mostly level, and other campers are nearby but not ultra close. Satellite would not be a problem, and the WII FI works pretty darn good. Verizon was 4g 3 bars. The pool looks clean but we didn’t use it. Not even sure it was open yet. They have some interesting yard art that adds a little something something. The park is right on I-10. You can hear traffic, especially with the windows open, but oddly it’s not too overwhelming. Beautiful sunset!

For Hilltop RV Park: I can see this would be great in normal weather. We arrived in a windstorm. GreAt reception, good spaces, easy to make last minute reservation. Dog run was clean. Mostly we hunkered down. Nice view this morning. Would stay here again. Uncivil

For Hilltop RV Park: We stayed here for one regrettable night. The park is nothing but a caliche parking lot with hook ups. You will be covered in dust! Not to mention the water that came out of the hose was brown and the maintenance person told us it was just “iron†in the water.
Keep on driving, there are other options in the area.

For Hilltop RV Park: After driving across country for past 3 months and staying at state, city, national, ACE, KOA and a lot of private parks I feel qualified to say this place is a keeper. Up on a hill with 360 view. Very clean, quiet with a nice pool right off of the I 10. $30 good Sam cash rate. Has a laundry room if needed. A perk is the amazing sunset and sunrise. We stayed one night
