For San Luis Pass County Park: OK, let's get this behind us to begin with. San Louis Pass County Park is just that a County Park not a destination resort with unlimited amenities. What it does have is a safe and secure RV spot right on the water. It seems nearly everyone that uses this park is hear to fish...lots of boats, a boat ramp plus certain sites have docks for their boats. For the purpose this RV Park was intended it would be rated a 5-star. For what Weekend Wonders seeking a ton of amenities this is not the place you are looking for. There are multiple RV Resorts in the area for that "Resort" atmosphere.

For San Luis Pass County Park: The park is small, but has full hooks ups, 20/30/50 amp electric with laundry and showers. Great spot for fishing into the night. Only a few campers here in winter. The spots are available up to 90 days. Gates keep the campers from the rest of the park. WiFi has good signal at campsites. Sites are close together as it was a KOA park years ago, before the county took it over. Spaces are cement slabs for the camper with a little grass between sites. We camped in a 35’ Motorhome. Might be a little tight getting in to the space if it were totally full, but we had non problems. Camped only one night. Cool and breezy throughout the night. Took off one star due to the tight spaces.

For San Luis Pass County Park: Well maintained and staff was very helpful. We would return.
