For Hill Shade RV Park: We made a reservation but there was only one spot, all others being taken by full timers, and if someone had arrived first and taken it we would have been out of luck as the office is unmanned.
The bathrooms and showers were run down and un cleaned.

For Hill Shade RV Park: We had a 5 day respite from our hectic lives. There are boardwalks through marshes nearby and an owl visited us a couple of nights. If you want a whitewater, zip lining adventure, this is not it. If your looking for a peaceful, clean, quiet park with friendly hosts, guests and animals I highly recommend this park.

For Hill Shade RV Park: Mostly long term folks here. Never used the bathrooms so I can't say what they're like. But lots of shade and friendly stray cats ?? ?? ?? that everyone feeds. Open field that's good for running pets around.
