For Buckhorn Lake Resort: Very nice stay in our motorhome. Excellent paved level sites, full hookups. The staff was very kind, and have a beautiful resort. Did not have the opportunity to utilize the many amenities, but plan to return to do so. Good wifi.

For Buckhorn Lake Resort: We were literally just passing through the area when my husband became very ill with an infection . I found this place online, called about 30 minutes before we we’re planning to be there and they found a spot for us. By the time we arrived it was apparent my husband needed immediate medical attention. I called 911 and we had our rig parked out front . I went in to talk to the staff to let them know what was happening with us and that I was unable to back our rig up so I did not know what we were going to do. They had a staff member go back up our rig and unhook it, while I sat with my husband waiting for an ambulance. My husband ended up in the hospital for 4 days. The staff here without hesitation put us in our site for a week and were so helpful to us. They truly went above and beyond to help us when we really needed it! Also, this is a very nice, clean campground! Will definitely be back!

For Buckhorn Lake Resort: What a great place! Stayed here one night on our way to Fort Davis. Fantastic staff! Well maintained campground with 2 pools and a nice fitness room. We used both. Will definitely stay here again.

For Buckhorn Lake Resort: Sorry we only have one night here but will come again. Place is great, staff excellent. All that has already been said I double. Called in morning when 6 hours out & was able to get a pull through pad that turned out to be under a shade tree. Place is spotless.

For Buckhorn Lake Resort: We were just passing through but wish we could have stayed longer. I agree with everything good that previous people of said. If you are staying one night and want a pull through call ahead as most of the sites are backins. Love the concrete pads.

For Buckhorn Lake Resort: We arrived after hours. Maps for specific open spots were available at office door. Very convenient and full of all the necessary information. We paid in the morning to the very kind and friendly office staff. Sites were close together but flat with concrete pads. The property was exquisite. Very lively place to walk at round and enjoy the grounds. Office store offered dvds to rent. Located close to I-10 but didn’t notice road noise. We would love to stay here again.
