For Waylon Jennings RV Park: We stayed overnight on a Sunday. We were one of three. The two pull throughs were in use. We have a Casita so no problem in the back in space. The first site chosen had an electrical problem that our surge protector warned us about. It was nice and quiet. While free for 4 days they do have a donation box. We were just passing through and only stayed one night. Electric & water plus a dump station and a covered picnic table.

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: Ok for an overnight stop. Be aware all hookups may not work, had to move to find an electric that worked. Only 2 pull thru spots so be prepared to unhook. Didn’t have any problems with the other campers, felt safe. Awoke to a very bad livestock smell that wasn’t there when we arrived, glad we didn’t leave a window cracked overnight! But, can’t complain, it is free.

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: I dislike giving less than 5 stars to a safe free park with electric and water. Be aware the hookups are on the wrong side. Anything over 20 feet long and you will probably have to unhook your tow vehicle. On a Thursday it was full by 6:30 pm. Clean park. Nice picnic area with campsite. We would stay again.

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: A nice little spot for an overnight. Spaces are short, so we backed our 25' tt through a hole in the "fence" so as not to have our tow vehicle stick out in the drive. (Didn't want to unhook). Surprisingly, the men with the tire and dog mentioned in an earlier post were there, but kept to themselves. Shade trees were a nice bonus.

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: What a great little free park. There is no way to reserve so it is kind of a roll of the dice. Perfect stop midway on a trip from Texas hill country to Santa Fe. Of course we made cocktails and listened to Waylon. Low on ice I bicycled down to Waymore's convenience store. It's owned by Waylon's brother James. What a score. He has a Waylon museum inside and will tell you great stories. People come from Germany and Japan to visit the museum. Consider it a bonus at a free campsite. Don't pass on Littlefield.

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: I want to recommend this park, but can't. First the park facts: Two pullthrough spots that will fit anyone, and eight pull-in spots that fit my class b fine, but would be impossible for much larger. They're short, basically big enough for a couple cars next to each other. Half the water connections were broken, so had to run hose extension. Electric at my site was okay, 30A only. Now my experience. Around noon, a couple of visibly drunk(?) men arrived, tossed a tire into the center grassy area of the park, and chained a pit bull to it, right under the "leash your dog" sign. They let another dog go free, and proceeded to smoke something in their vehicles while the dogs did their business. I called local police non-emergency. The city person who responded not only didn't kick them out, but made sure they knew it was me who complained! They came by and harassed me after! I've never unhooked faster; unplugged, tossed everything in the cab, and got out! So, if you want a park where they care at all about enforcing their own rules or your safety, find another place! Levelland right down the road was wonderful and safe.

For Waylon Jennings RV Park: Lovely park with shade trees and covered picnic tables. Next to ballpark so you can enjoy a game if you want.
