Mary & Pete
For KOA Journey Lubbock: Great place, easy stop over for one night. Called from the road, made reservation (Tammy was very nice). Arrived after 8pm, our info was in the after hours box, very clear and easy. Bathrooms clean, staff helpful and friendly.
The train passes through regularly but did not bother us one bit!

Almondette
For KOA Journey Lubbock: I expect KOA to be better than the average park and it usually is which matches it being higher priced. This place is not being run at the same quality. Gravel sites, grass, if any, over run with weeds and stickers. Many long term residents. Very rough looking and not well maintained in general; trees not trimmed up making it hard to maneuver our class A. Hope to never stay here again.

Plitt
For KOA Journey Lubbock: Very nice, friendly management park is good for overnight as long as you don't need to do laundry. There are only 4 washers which can be difficult, but the worst problem is the drainage. The laundry floor floods and you wind up walking around in water to get your clothes.

Ray
For KOA Journey Lubbock: Staff very friendly and helpful. Needed an RV service to get awning retracted and they helped with that. Very gusty winds the day we left, only there overnight. Nice for overnight stay.
