For Gulf Waters RV Resort: One word describes this place Wow! It was expensive but for a reason! Lots of nice rigs and loves the set ups with a pond in the middle, tiki bars and lots of people out enjoying the weather! We were driving through to find a place to stay for winter and left our rig at another RV park a couple of hours away. Did not see vacancies but this is a great place and close to the beach too!

For Gulf Waters RV Resort: This is an owner model park so each site is unique in how it is equipped and landscaped. Even basic lots are spacious. Some have pergolas or tiki bars. Easy access to the beach with a short walk across the dunes. While pet friendly there is not a dedicated dog park and there really isn’t a lot of green space that is not on someone’s lot. Well maintained and the WiFi was fine. Loved that the beach is pet friendly as well as being able to drive on it with a golf cart or vehicle. Didn’t use the pool or any other facilities but they looked fine. A few activities but didn’t see much on the calendar while we were there for 2 weeks.

For Gulf Waters RV Resort: Gulf waters RV resort is awesome. Plenty of room for our 45’ motorhome. Very very roomy sites. Our site (most do) looks out onto a private lake. Pristine grounds. Lots of huge palm trees. Creates a lot of privacy. Super friendly people. Rented a beach buggy. Drove along the beach almost every day. Access the the beach over the sand dunes via boardwalk. Fun! Very nice heated pool and hot tub. This place is a hidden gem. Would definitely recommend.

For Gulf Waters RV Resort: We were here in a 45’ motor home. Plenty of space for our rig and a separate space to park our Jeep, the landscaping ensures privacy at each site. There was easy access to the beach. Very nice campground/resort. Even had happy hour with some of the residents, very friendly people.

For Gulf Waters RV Resort: Very nice resort!!!! We were very impressed with the lush tropical landscaping, nice combo of concrete and pavers at patio and parking areas, extremely clean property, friendly staff, great views of the clean ponds, and close proximity to the beach (I ran on the beach a few mornings and it was wonderful!). This is a slice of paradise in Port Aransas! The beach buggies, while pricey, are a ton of fun. You can drive them up the beach 5 miles to downtown and they are legal to drive in town. So cool! Internet speeds were just like at home....was able to work remotely just fine. Our only complaint was the price of the laundry machines. $2 to wash, $2 to dry and loads usually required 2 drying cycles...so $6/load. Other than that we loved everything!

For Gulf Waters RV Resort: Fantastic place! We'll be back for more beach walking and fishing.
