For On The Beach RV Park: Good location close to beach. Spots are tight and you must park your truck away from the trailer once unhooked. No amenities like a pool. But then you are close to ocean.

For On The Beach RV Park: I’ll give it 5 stars based on location cleanliness and a very friendly staff. We stayed 2 weeks and really enjoyed the beach access. Rented a golf cart for getting around and we could not have had a more relaxing time. Reservations are recommended. Take your own bbq grill which everyone seemed to do. Lots of nice people come and go and the camp ground was quiet at night. Ice and firewood are available at the office you will need your own fire pit. We will go back!

For On The Beach RV Park: My husband and I were booked to stay at this park at the end of March. We received a call that they had to cancel our reservation as they had been ordered to close due to Covid 19. We totally understood, not their fault. Then I was told I would receive my deposit back except for a $25 cancellation fee. What? We’re not canceling, you guys are! She stated it is in their policy, which it is not. She later offered to hold our entire deposit for use in the future. We said no, we want all of the deposit returned as we don’t have a clue if we will even be in that area again. Unfortunately, they did keep $25 of our deposit. . We will have to call our credit card company to resolve.

For On The Beach RV Park: I was supposed to meet friends on Padre Island. Because of the carona virus my friends decided to head home.. lucky I did not make reservations because the campground refused to issue any credit or rain check. Basically they were told tough.. just beware of the cancellation policy regardless of reason...so much for good will

For On The Beach RV Park: This is a wonderful RV park. The location is best on the beach, the park is clean and well cared for by Mike Hawk and his staff, the prices are reasonable, and best of all, they treat you like family! They went out of their way to accommodate us when we arrived with no reservations, pulling a very long fifth wheel. We will definitely be back and highly recommend On The Beach to fellow RV’ers. (I also recommend reservations. We were very lucky they could accommodate us!)

For On The Beach RV Park: We stayed here a week as a family of 6 in a 33’ travel trailer. First, it’s a great location, probably the best on the island. The owners are nice as are the maintenance folks. They do nickel and dime you for extra people, for a bath house key, for pets, and for electricity. Even with all that, it’s affordable. Parking is limited at the sites for the tow vehicle, but there’s other places to park. All in all, it was a nice park that the owners do take pride in. Had an issue with the worn out 30 AMP receptacle burning my plug, but they let me borrow another power cord until the RV parts store opened up the next day so that I could change the plug on my cord. The only upgrade I’d recommend is adding a pool.

Bone
For On The Beach RV Park: Great access to the beach and nice landscaping around the perimeter of the park. This park has no shade trees, no BBQ grills for outdoor cooking, only one men's restroom with one shower, and one women's restroom with one shower which usually has a line in the mornings and evenings.
