For KOA Holiday San Antonio: Stayed here for almost 3 months while in San Antonio. Grounds are beautiful and staff is very friendly. Campground is hidden right in the middle of San Antonio but it doesn't feel like it. Great dog yard in the campground and a city running trail abuts the property. Sites are close together, very few cable channels and wifi is slow during peak periods (nothing that really matters if you're truly camping) but no complaints otherwise. We'll definitely be staying here again.

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: Not the best KOA I've been to but it has its pluses. Sites are average, gravel and grass but level and with full hookups for my 40'. Wifi is like all others, very slow at peak times. Nice pool, laundry and bathrooms. Lots for the kids to do. Small lake at the front. Close to all that San Antonio has to offer. Surprisingly quite at night. All in all nice place with a very friendly staff. Would stay here again.

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: Stayed for one night passing through. Site A4 on the backside of the office. Very large park. Very quiet on a Friday night. Laundry room was nice and clean. Reasonable price. Shower house at the office was large and clean. Noticed it had been touched up around 6:00PM. Nice dog area (fenced). Decent wifi, good cable channels. We would stay again

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: Best KOA we have ever stayed at. Private Full bathrooms for each person and super clean. Staff was very friendly. Bus comes every hour 24 hours a day and you can ride for a dollar and some change. It will take you to River Walk (the best part of the city)!

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: We went for the first time this past Easter weekend. We were really excited as we had heard good things.
Pros: very helpful staff. Very kind and polite staff. Wasn't too expensive. Plenty to do for the kids and had a dog playground. No rowdy neighbors.
Cons: absolutely the worst restrooms I've been to while camping (including state parks). No staff circulating to clean them even though they knew it was a busy weekend. They always smelled of urine.
The sites are right on top of one another. You might have 2-4 feet of clearance on either side of you.

For KOA Holiday San Antonio: This is not too bad as far as South Texas RV "Resorts" go. Good size sites, friendly staff, nice pool and great walking/biking trails. We had no problems getting in and out with our 40' Class A. They claim to have a shuttle however it is actually just a city bus stop across the street. If you do not have a vehicle take a cab, unless you don't mind sharing a bus with hobos and junkies.
