Scott
For Van Horn RV Park: We stayed here 1 night on a 2 week camping trip from NC to
California. It had beautiful views of the night skies, and the long sunset
Was breathtaking. Friendly staff, close to grocery shopping.
Would have loved to been able to stay longer. Will definitely again on
Our next long trip when we can stay and explore more

For Van Horn RV Park: Stayed one night while passing thru, was happy with the place. Gravel lots, very level. Nice staff. Also a little restaurant on site which is great after a day of traveling! Plenty of space to get out and walk around a bit. Only complaint was that some of the washers and dryers were out of service but it looked like they were working on that. Would stay here again.

Therese
For Van Horn RV Park: Level, long, pull-thru spaces. A former KOA which is kept up really well. Bathrooms are spotless. Laundry is very nice though they were down to one dryer when I stayed. I rarely heard any noise from I-10.

Berrymore
For Van Horn RV Park: We had to modify our route and booked at the last minute and stayed for one night. $35.00 with discount. We really liked the place. Big sites. 80 feet long. You can pick your site. Electric, water, sewer and cable. It was too cold to walk around. We didn’t see any bunnies. Person checking us in was great and offered to stay late if we ran late. She saw us leaving the following morning and stopped us to give us some weather advise. Everything was clean and neat. I saw a tractor with a grader behind it. Obviously used a lot. The entire campground is dirt/gravel. I don’t know what it would be like if it rained. There didn’t seem to be a lot of semi permanent residents like a lot of other parks in the area. We’d definitely stop here again

Kip
For Van Horn RV Park: Stayed two nights in December just prior to Xmas. Penny, one of the owners very personable. Discount to Military and Sams Club. $36 per night, which I thought somewhat over priced for what you get. Sites are gravel but level. Stayed two nights. South of I-10 and easy to find. Noise from I-10 traffic not bad but could hear trains blowing there horn once in awhile in town. Some local folks but mostly people passing through. Would recommend it.

Friendly staff with a Texas smile. Good Sams Discout & pet friendly. Just behind the pilot truckstop. Will be back again. On site Cafe with dinner and breakfast. Would be a good place for Easter because little cute bunny rabbits everywhere.

Mr Salsa
For Van Horn RV Park: great little campground off the highway. Lots of bunnies running around and some chickens. There's even a small store and cafe. I guess the cafe closes in April? for the summer because it gets so hot here, but we've only stayed here in February and December. Really nice people and nice big sites ?? ??
