For Coyote Ranch Resort: An extremely nice park gated and mainly for extended stay and for families. Just a ton of stuff to do for the kids. We were only staying for the night and we opted for a back in $59 as the pull through sites were $69.00. Sites are concrete and level. With a bunch of grassed areas of room between sites. I would estimate at least 50+ feet. They have cottages, splash pad golf cart rentals and way too much stuff to write here. It is a all inclusive park. That being said the need for just a one night was way too expensive unless your taking advantage of all the Amenities. The lady stayed for us to arrive just before closing.

For Coyote Ranch Resort: Water lines are 5 feet from the road so if your water hookup is in the rear, you’re going to either have to park partly in the road like me or have a long hose. The water tap handle was also broken off so that was fun to deal with. The very active train tracks made for noisy neighbors. The coach could not level itself on the first site I was assigned so I had to move to another site where the coach was just barely able to level out. Cost was of course high but this isn’t a “stay for the night†kind of place. It’s a weekend getaway/event hosting type of place so get ready for that too. The WiFi is a complete joke. You get .8 megabits (yes bits) for free which isn’t even enough to use Facebook without wanting to pull your hair out. The fastest option gives you 5 megabits and is 4.99 a day. Can’t say I’ll be back.

For Coyote Ranch Resort: Fun, clean, quiet place for the night, but NO SHADE, which is a problem in the Texas summer heat. Staff super nice. The kids loved all the amenities—pool, splash pad, mini golf, playground, etc. Bath houses & laundry room were very clean & nice. Would definitely stay again.
I’m not giving it five stars because seriously, there is just no shade.

For Coyote Ranch Resort: Actually a very nice cg for families but how can they afford it??$$$$$ is correct. At almost $70.00/nite it is as expensive as Florida in the winter, I have never paid more in over 50 years of camping!! Nope I won't be back

For Coyote Ranch Resort: This park DOES allow tent camping! There is a huge field directly behind the overnight RV section. The noise from the large group of tent campers disturbed what would have been a nice evening sitting outside. Also, this park is part of a Jellystone Park. Great place to bring families, but definitely not good for quiet rest time. And it is VERY expensive for only one night! We will never stay here again!
