For Mesa Verde RV Park: Very nice park. Arrived late our site was on the door. Nice hook ups. Very well maintained. Great for a couple of nights. We were passing through stayed one nite. Plenty of full timers but all rigs were in excellent condition. No stairs or porches. Baths were spotless.
Front office was very nice and cordial, I’m assuming it was the manager. No picnic tables. Would recommend and would stay here again.

For Mesa Verde RV Park: Patty the manager runs a tight ship here. They give a Good Sam's discount. The bathrooms are spotless. They are very strict about their pet policy keep your dog on a leash. The entire park is very clean and quite for the most part. There seems to be a lot of full timers living here. The only negatives are the lack of trees and picnic tables. Would recommend this park for a few nights.

For Mesa Verde RV Park: We felt like this part was a good one if we were just passing through to stay the night. However, we probably would not stay there for any length of time. The sites were easy to get to, well marked, and many of them were pull through. The area was mostly gravel though and we were subject to a few dust storms. There are "dog runs" throughout the park which are tiny little fenced in areas for dogs, maybe 10' x 10'. I'm not sure what the dog was supposed to do in there as there was no room to run or play and only a small patch of grass. There are also rules posted that dogs were not to be left outside, no dog houses or crates, and the dogs must be on leash at all times. Also, we were informed that children were not allowed to walk around without a parent present. I'm sure that these were all spelled out due to bad dog owners or parents in the past. But the end result is a feeling that there were awful lot of rules and maybe the owners didn't really care for children or dogs. We would stay there again if we were passing through for a night but might try to find one with more grass, trees, and/or a more relaxed atmosphere for the kids and dogs if we planned to stay longer in Lubbock.
