For Natural Bridges National Monument Campground: Oct 2019: Toured the park and campground, but stayed the night a few miles away on free and very private BLM land. The campground is as described in previous reviews. Details about water: The only potable water available in the entire park is at the visitors center, from a spigot on the edge of the concrete patio next to the entrance door. It’s an older style of a hand (lever) operated freeze-proof standpipe with a stubby nonthreaded outlet. The lever is stiff and not very smooth acting, so getting your feet wet and spilling some water is likely until you get used to it. A large sign advises the water can only be taken in containers and is not intended for filling RV tanks since the limit is 5 gallons per person per day. The constant coming and going of visitors to get water provides some “peer pressure enforcement”, not to mention the park rangers just inside the glass entrance doors at the customer counter. The water has a mild but obvious chlorinated taste that some might find objectionable. Since it’s a short walk between the water spigot and the parking lot, some people might want to use a couple of smaller containers rather than carrying a single 5 gallon (= 40 pounds) container. The park entrance fee collections and campground registrations are all handled inside the visitors center. The visitors center parking lot can be easily accessed from the park road, either when entering or leaving the park. Whether you have just entered the park, or have already gone beyond the visitors center and are returning to it, the water spigot is easy to access without having to bother with going into the visitors center building.

For Natural Bridges National Monument Campground: The campground was clean and well maintained, but the site that we were in did not have much privacy from neighbors. There is water available a short drive away at the visitor center. Also, we were there during the first week of June and the biting gnats were definitely biting.

Los

For Natural Bridges National Monument Campground: Beautiful secluded, we'll maintained campground near the loop road to the bridges. The night sky is unbelievably brilliant. Very private and peaceful.
