For Preston Valley Campground: Nice little campground between the river and Hwy 89. Got a little noisy at times with highway traffic, but nothing horrible or constant. The friendly host let me know that sites 1 and 6 have access to "beach" areas - little sandy spots on the river.

For Preston Valley Campground: Stayed one night in a pop-up trailer. The campground is right on the river and receives shade early in the day. Would not recommend a large trailer or RV as most the spots a very tight. Definitely good for tent to pop-up size campers. No showers and the restrooms are definitely showing their age. Water from the spigots was not potable. We were there by ourselves with the exception of the host and had a wonderful time. Would definitely return.
