For Masons Draw Campground: Beautiful campsite at high elevation 8850’ all nestled in aspen trees. Plenty of shade on a hot summer day, it was 21 degrees cooler than Moab. The only downside is no water (but expected for the Utah desert area) and pit toilets. I think there are six sites total in a small loop, only a few of them are large enough to accommodate a trailer. We are in a small teardrop. It is a short walk to the big overlook for a wonderful, spectacular sunset. Also we arrived in June which was peak wildflower time. Spectacular site would definitely come back. This place is 50 minutes from Moab. Cost $10 or five dollars with inter-agency pass. Cel service.
