For Sugar Hollow City Park: Very nice place, quiet and clean. Wooded sites. Perfect for our stop on a long drive.

For Sugar Hollow City Park: The other reviews are spot on. Only thing to add is that there are street lights throughout the campground. You’ll have to negotiate your site and position if you don’t want light in your eyes all night.

For Sugar Hollow City Park: For $20 you’ll get power and a relatively level spot. But it’s pretty rustic- the comfort stations rent well kept and the loop is such that you hear everyone that drives past. We stayed for one night and appreciated the location off the highway near a target.

David H

For Sugar Hollow City Park: This is a very nice, quiet campground. The staff is exceptionally friendly and helpful. All have 30 amp and some have 50 amp. No reservations taken but the campground never fills. Only con is lack of water in most sites. Bring a lot of hose and a splitter. Perfect for a quick overnight stay.

Cathy

For Sugar Hollow City Park: Really a great deal for $20 - very quiet & private sites, nice location close to shops and just a mile off I-81. Liked the extensive network of walking trails & boardwalk.

Sawyer

For Sugar Hollow City Park: Ironically, after two cross-country drives, the nicest and cheapest place that I stayed was this park in my home town. The spots have lots of shade and the park is apparently empty most of the year so it's extremely quiet. I parked on the back side of the loop (at the flat part at the bottom of the hill) at spot 60 and I highly recommend it. One trick to this park - not every spot has water. When you get the map of campsites make sure to check for a water drop on it before driving to your site. $20 a night for peace, quiet, and a good night's rest in a gorgeous park is a hell of a deal if you ask me!!!
