For Spring Gardens Mobile Home Park: Not for sheep!potholes are terrible and tenants pay out of thier own pocket to fix no pool although it's included in price chickens on loose lots of broken glass/potholes to dodge owner is slum lord all I got to say is they don't really care about Us!

For Spring Gardens Mobile Home Park: Only gave them a star cause I had to I agree with the other post this place is not a place you ever want to be at Drugs are a problem here and yes the lady still plays her music all hours as loud as she can she also fights with anyone who walks near her and yes the crackheads run around crazy here and drive they have hit some people the pool is not going to reopen and now the new thing is they want to tow your camper when your not home if they don’t like you yes you read that rite if the manager does not like you they will raise the rent as high as can until you move are pay if you pay they will come up with something to get your camper pulled out when your. Not home the kids park they put up is a joke their are broken beer bottles and needles that can be found all around it the chickens yes are true you hear them all the time but now they get lose and run around dogs yes they bark 24/7 it’s dangerous to be in this place stay away they just had cops their because a person who lives their kidnapped a child from the park it’s a crazy scary place but if you enjoy crackheads and don’t let me leave out the hooker problem yep they walk around and walk up to everyone one they see to offer their services you will get robbed not only by the people but also the park itself so Please just stay away

For Spring Gardens Mobile Home Park: This place is insane!!! People screaming at each other....and at trees too. A crazy woman sits in her car and blares music right up to the time that you can legitimately call the cops. Shirtless guys stumbling around and waiting on slow moving cars to slow down and exchange (something) with each other. Then they run back to their RVs for a few minutes. And then...they go back to stumbling around and yelling at everyone else. DO NOT STAY HERE! Oh....if you do ignore my review and the one before me...be prepared to pay a local water tax and not be allowed to clean your RV off when it gets really dirty. And...have fun trying to sleep with blaring music, chickens going off all the time, howling dogs, and crack zombies yelling and banging on your door.

For Spring Gardens Mobile Home Park: Not only is this a trailer park; it’s the trashiest trailer park I’ve ever seen. The pool is closed. And you routinely see people driving up to trailers, then people in the trailers delivering items to people swinging by. You are safer staying at Truck Stop.
