Duane

For Dixie Caverns Campground: Nice family owned park. Took cavern tour- Was really interesting and worth the time. Nice park for travel stop, wouldn’t stay long Term. Owners very nice.

Jeff D

For Dixie Caverns Campground: Shabby yes, but I liked it. It’s about the only campground close to Roanoke. $35 for full hookups I wouldn’t vacation here but happy to spend a night or two in the future

Rick and Dani

For Dixie Caverns Campground: Deceiving website. Just stayed for one night but very small sites and mostly permanent residents, not well maintained and uneven sites. Not worth the 38$ fee. Friendly staff and cable. Would not stay again.

KnJ

For Dixie Caverns Campground: We stayed one night passing through- got in evening and left early. The late check in person very helpfully went to another building to run our credit card while we setup and walked it back to our site to sign the receipt and return our card. It was a little tight to get into and the hookups are placed a little far back, but definitely achievable. $30? for FHU so the price was right :)

Hoosier travel

For Dixie Caverns Campground: It was a convenient stop for one night but probably will never stay again. Registration was at a trailer on the property that stunk horribly. Most of the sites were homesteaders.
Gravel drive and spaces. Restrooms and showers look scary.
It does have wifi and cable TV.
The attraction is the cavern. The RV park is a side operation. Needs a lot of TLC.

Earl Broussard

For Dixie Caverns Campground: Stayed here once & it was tight to get into site. A lot of homesteader. Won't stay here again!
