For North Bay Shore Campground: I definitely had to write a review about this place because of the older inaccurate and unfair review on here. There are not snakes all over the place. If you go near the water you might see a snake. Let me emphasize; MIGHT see a snake. The owners of this place are very welcoming and seem very concerned for their guests comfort and making their stay enjoyable. It’s a beautiful park. Level sites, clean sites, clean pool, friendly people and it’s affordable. If you don’t believe me; check out the reviews on google. Thank you.

For North Bay Shore Campground: Do not stay there! Was horrid! We got there after dark and it was raining, so we expected wet and needing to regroup in the am. We was excited to see the pvt beach the next day. It was fresh water beach, ok our mistake (maybe) biting insects we kept sayin it is the weather.the free wifi you had to call every 15 min because you got booted off. The kids KEPT finding snakes . Went to office she said yes that is how the wifi is.(there was not many people there) And yes they had snakes water water moccasins lots of them they advised me to watch out for them. (That is a venomous snake btw.) the entire area was covered in water and we was next to the drainage ditch. We where advised to not leave things outside because they liked to crawl in thing. We paid for the night we spent there and the night we had to pay because it was after 11 am. Went to where we had phone tower called every place we could. Ended up at travel l park. And was very happy the slight increase in paying was not a big deal because we did not have the 45 min drive to the beach.we took the trolley that came to the camp ground.so we did not need the rented car.
