For Beachwood Resort: Seems to be the running theme for this park. Literally no sites available, had to stay in a gravel parking lot beside the tennis court. shower facilities were moldy and 1 shower stall was plywooded over. Neighbors directly beside you, awnings touching. Not paved anywhere in the campsites so dust was an issue. However the pool and hot tub facilities were very decent.

For Beachwood Resort: ONE BIG SCAM: "guaranteed a site whether campground is overbooked or not" 1. They are overbooked 99% of the time on summer weekends 2. Yes you can park somewhere on their land....but hook-ups forget it!!! You had better read the contract if you buy a membership...after spending thousands for the membership and finding out we could only use it (with hook-ups)July/August...about 40% of the time, we tried to sell...it was worth nothing (contract is totally pro-Beachwood)

For Beachwood Resort: Nice location, but dominated by long term clients who have, essentially, moved in and filled up the park. No chance of getting in here, except maybe in January.
