For Vancouver RV Park: We’ve stayed here multiple times over several years, but we will NEVER stay here again. The management of this park has changed for the worse in a big way. When it was bought by a new company that owns multiple RV parks in this area, they shifted into “make all the money we can with minimum maintenance and customer care” mode. The office is often unattended for days. The bathrooms are falling apart and only some of the showers even work at all. 95% of the spaces are reserved for long-term residents. They use a mobile phone app to get into the bathrooms that sometimes works and sometimes doesn’t. The only thing they are really good at is putting charges on your credit card via their check-in kiosk (like an iPad on a post). Oh, and did I mention that they charge $375/week for short term stays?

For Vancouver RV Park: PROS: Relatively quiet for a large city park Fairly level cement pads. Reasonably priced for a large city. Good hookups. Decent recreation room. CONS: Park is mostly filled with long-term RV’s, which forces short-term RV’s to be in the lower lot. Lower lots’ restrooms and showers are poorly maintained and filthy. No paper towels are provided, commodes were plugged all weekend, and cleaning is only provided twice a week. Shower curtains are torn, and moldy. If you are coming to this park, try to reserve a spot in the upper lot, which has nicer facilities. Very poor WiFi even though we were close to the office. Sites are very close together. Restrooms and showers were our main complaint.

For Vancouver RV Park: As noted the slots are close together and the majority of the pull through slots have no side space to speak of but there is enough room for our 4 slides. Slot is only 54 ft long, so our car has to be cross parked in front of our 37ft MC. Food trucks down the road. Easy access from the freeway. Walking distance to Panera's and Starbucks as well as fast food places. The park feels secure. The facilities at the back of the park are better than those at the front where the pull throughs are located. Clean restrooms and showers.

Jen

For Vancouver RV Park: So-so park. Only accepts cash or check. Sites very close together. Bathrooms/showers ok. Saw a lot of vagrants & homeless people near the park. Not sure I'd stay here again.
