For Silverline Resort: Silverline RV Park sits on a very pretty property on the lake. There sites are varied regarding services so ask when you make your reservation. Some are tent only, some are full service and some in between. There is a good amount of well maintained green grass areas and healthy shade trees all over the park which makes it very nice. There is easy access to the lake, dock and so forth. When making my reservation, the woman was cheerful and helpful. When I arrived, check in was easy. I was assigned site 28 which I easily navigated to. It happened to be a shared power site which I soon learned about. I'm not sure if this is usual since I'm kinda new at this, but it seems whoever gets to the site first, gets the 30 amp plug and the other person gets a 20 amp plug. Luckily I had a power adapter plug. If you don't have one for your RV, this could be an issue in a shared power site. The water is shared too with basically a T at the water source. Whoever wired the plug socket installed it upside down so the grounding third prong is at the top, I'm no electrician, but it's pretty obvious to me somebody was asleep when they put this in. My power would shut off my water heater a few times which concerned me, so I basically turned off my water heater. That was not ideal but it wasn't something I couldn't live without since I was only there one night. Each site has a fire pit. Mine was small, but good for me. I had my own wood. The sites are not spacious, but depending on how you park, it might be fine for most people. I was lucky that nobody was on my passenger side so I had some space to be outside without feeling cramped. I didn't check any other features of the park so I can't review them here. When I went to leave, I considered using their dump station on the way out and it was a joke! Totally unkept, in the dirt, not level and a mess. I didn't even try. You basically need to take your own trash out as well so consider that. They gave me a WiFi Password, but the signal was too weak and unusable so don't count on it. I had a mid range Verizon cell signal at the office, but once down at my site it was very weak and service would go in and out. Not a place to go if you need internet access. All in all, I am wondering if the State Park might have been a better option. I would not stay here again since there are probably better options elsewhere.
