For Coon Fork Lake County Park: This is our favorite local campground. We LOVE this cute little lake. No motorized water craft allowed, no wake allowed (electric trolling motors okay I think?). We love to kayak here. There are no homes here along the lake and river inlet, just beautiful wilderness. Fall season is spectacular. Campsites are nice, most of them level. Campsites right on the lake don't offer electric unless you are in the "D" loop ->There is an Rv only (D loop) area with water and electric at each site. Regular loops offer many electric sites. One of the things we appreciate a lot about this park is they offer some 1st come 1st served sites still so if you don't have reservations it's possible to still get a site for the weekend if you come and pay for your site by Wed/Thurs.
