For Red Oak Campgrounds: General:
- Few tight RV sites and a lot of tent sites
- RV sites are full hook-ups
- Nice clean laundry and restrooms with showers
- No propane available
- Fire rings and wood available
- Nice large pool
- Unfenced children play ground
- No dog run
- Vollyball

Pos:
- A five minute drive to all the activities in The Dells
- Gravel roads and gravel pull through sites
- Table
- Fair antenna TV reception
- No wifi
- ATT service, but 3 bars
- Few tree shaded RV sites while all tent sites are in wooded area
- Fairly wide RV spaces allowing for easy slide out and awning placement

Cons:
- MAJOR ISSUE: The width of the road is narrow and the RV sites are not long given some of todays long 5th wheels and RVs. Now add the need to park your tow vehicle somewhere which ends up being parallel along the edge of the road. DON'T PLAN on being able to pull out of your site early in the morning, it is impossible to make the sharp turn required between four parked cars lining the narrow road in front of you. You say just back out, no can do, the vehicles from the campers have that excape route blocked as well. Get a spot near the pool, they provide for easier access.
- Campsites fill up starting Friday night and the noise level does increase, but didn't find it an issue. However, nearly every campsite had a roaring fire and the smoke at time was so thick you might have thought the fog had rolled in except for the smoke smell!
- No WiFi
- No cable
- No concrete pad
