For Lake Hilbert Campground: Stopped with truck camper on my way west on Highway Wisconsin 8 for 1 night. Close proximity to a lake, in a forested area, close to ORV trail. I could not get even a bar with Verizon and at least in site 2 near the entrance I saw no way to get satellite service. Park has a restaurant serving pizza and basic food and a camper breakfast in the morning for a inexpensive price. Price July 29, 2019 for one night was only $29.00. Interior sandy roads, my site, was fairly level, tight in trees. Campground has WIFI. I see bigger rigs in interior but my site was too small for a class A. Staff were friendly and accomodating. I could have stayed in a National Forest campground for $7.50 near by but it was a hot day for Wisconsin and I appreciated air condition!
