For Phillips RV Park: Decent place for what it is. It’s a small park, along the interstate. Plenty of shade. Everything is dirt/gravel so can be a little dusty. Sites are average sized (not overly small or narrow - but not spacious either). We had a pull-thru. WiFi worked excellently (there was no extra charge for it for us). Staff was friendly. Electricity was good. Dog area was convenient. Not much around, but there is a decent Mexican restaurant, some walking paths along the river, and a small diner down the street. Train and road noise was present but not terrible (you do hear it - but it’s not too bad). I wouldn’t want to stay here for weeks - but for an overnight it was quiet, safe and convenient.

Paul

For Phillips RV Park: Had full hookup, sites level, site 42 and 43 the electric had reverse polarity on my tester, but 47 showed wired correctly and I was allowed to move there. Bathroom good. I stayed in 31 ft mh with tow. Normal spacing among campers for an in town park

Sharon Nelson

For Phillips RV Park: Spaces to tight for a 45 ft with tow.... could never get our satellite, the lady was rude an not helpful! We needed change to pay they wouldn’t not open the door and help! Had to unhook go get change for a 50 dollar bill. Next time we’ll pass on by and stay on the freeway parking with the truckers!

Barb

For Phillips RV Park: So I've read others reviews and yes if you only stayed a night or two it is an okay park. We were there a week, were charged extra for 50 amp and WIFI. The 50 amp I didn't mind but when you couldn't even get connected most times each day, I got ticked and was offered my $10 refund. Why charge people if your provider cannot give sufficient WIFI ? Brian was very nice and I didn't meet Darla until the day before we pulled out. She was rude to me when I asked for my refund and literally threw it at me on the counter. Sorry but I would not stay there again.

Jacqui

For Phillips RV Park: Clean, neat and cheap! Grassy, tree lines sites for only $20 for tent/van - more for power. Better then many state parks and cheaper

Vsheetz

For Phillips RV Park: Overnight stop with 40' motor home towing. Easy access / exit FHU pull through site with satellite friendly sky view. No need to disconnect toad. Some truck noise but not a big problem, couple trains heard as well but also not a big problem. 20% cash discount stacked with Goid Sam 10% for a final total a bit over $30 w/tax. Very nice and knowledgeable young man, Brian, in the office for the check in.
