For Nash Fork Campground: Great USFS “boondocking†campground! If you like Boondocking, and or a truck camper or small camper or car camper, tent camper, this is an outstanding campground. It has reasonably good roads throughout it, and all of the campsites actually have gravel. So you’re not muddy or super dusty. There are nice clean pit toilets that don’t stink, and are well kept up with plenty of toilet paper. There is beer proof garbage bins, and I didn’t see any bears or bear sign anyway. But I did see several dear sneaking through as they grazed. And lots of birds and not many bugs.
Fair warning, there are several sites on the rim of the campground that are closed this season, and all of the pull through sites appear to be closed. None of the sites look like they would take a trailer that was longer than about 19 feet total including the tongue.
