For Sugarloaf Campground: Small campground that fills up early so don’t wait until late in the day. Always lots of mosquitoes in the Snowy Mtn Range so bring protection.

For Sugarloaf Campground: Beautiful place to park the RV for Memorial Day weekend. The site (#8) at the top was private, scenic, and large. Plenty of firewood, just across from the bathroom. No water, sort of an issue. Camp host Karl says the EPA goes in and out of approving the drinking water, which I appreciate. The hiking and visuals are unbeatable in the medicine bow area and the crowds light. Can walk to the trailheads from the campgrounds, a real plus. Cold at night and I saw the tenters suffering. We’ll be back.
