Debbie

For Saratoga Lake Campground: Good place to overnight or stay if you are visiting Saratoga. Clean Free dump across road but hubby waited till Cheyenne so we didn’t visit. Hot n buggy in July but pretty lake. Busy. We got a 50 amp spot pulling in on Friday 730 pm. Cash only. I think non electric sites have better spots by lake. Gravel and most have picnic table but ours did not. Non potable water only so fill up before you get here. They are draining the lake at the moment I guess somebody put some yellow perch in the lake which is not acceptable so you can fish unlimited here at the moment. 15$ electric 10$ dry spots. All size rigs

For Saratoga Lake Campground: Nice campsite on lake but nothing special. Good for an overnight stay. A dump is available on main road at the water treatment plant near northern turnoff to the lake

For Saratoga Lake Campground: As stared below, this is a quiet spot for overnight or a weekend - especially in October. There are a half dozen campers here tonight, so it is a little hard to imagine how quiet it would be at full capacity. Electric sites are $15 and non-electric are $10. While you are in town, be sure to check out the historic Wolf Hotel, then satisfy your craving for art and fashion at the award-winning Laura B's Gallery.

For Saratoga Lake Campground: Beautiful lake and quiet area. Had lots of mosquitos so make sure to bring citronella candles. Water is non potable due to high mineral count (no bacteria) but I found it ok for washing dishes and showers. Fishing in lake allowed with permit. Would stay there again. Good family spot. Police drove around to check on campers and are very friendly.

Rob and Linda

For Saratoga Lake Campground: Very nice campground! Quiet in the evening even on Labor Day weekend. Limited facilities as previously stated but well maintained. Vault toilets were very clean! Town police patrol multiple times each day; felt very safe. This campground provides easy access to municipal pool (closed after Labor Day) Hot Springs & showers: open 24/7 (Accepting Donations), many good restaurants, great ice cream, hunting and fishing outfitters.

For Saratoga Lake Campground: Nice large park on the lakeshore. Many sites were available when we arrived on 8/22/17 (the day after the eclipse when many Colorado folks were passing this way heading home). Water was available at a number of spigots. $10.00 for dry camping and $15.00 for electric. Hard to beat for the price. I got 4 to 5 bars of 3G on Verizon.
