For Flat Creek RV Park and Cabins: Most of the residents are permanent locals. I was afraid to go into the bathroom so I can’t really comment on the condition inside. Owners where friendly but the park really needs some TLC. On a positive note it was extremely quiet

For Flat Creek RV Park and Cabins: Dirty restroom, toilet plugged, and electrical hook up didn’t work. Not a good value for $40.00.
