For Luis B Diaz RV Park: Lovely owner who was very helpful. Park is a mile or so from I-25 exit. Simple, small RV park on a city street. Long level concrete pads with clean, easy to use, full hookups. All sites are back-in but it is easier than it looks. I would not recommend it for motorhomes over 34 feet. Limited parking for tow/towed vehicle. Picnic tables and grill available. Excellent Verizon signal. Excellent DISH satellite signal. Four blocks to city parks and cafes. We spent 2 nights during bad spring windstorm. We paid $39 per night. There is some street traffic noise, but did not bother us. There is no office, no bathrooms, no showers, no pool, no dog park, just a clean easy place to stay to rest.

For Luis B Diaz RV Park: Clean and level pads and very reasonable price at $39 bucks for full hookups. They have plenty of light and a security camera. I give it 4 stars as the road noise was pretty loud and there was a bit of shady dealings going on with locals in the area. However no one approached us. Luis greeted us pretty quickly and was kind and courteous. Good stop for a one nighter for sure.

Lakeside Terri
For Luis B Diaz RV Park: Small, family run RV park which is meticulously maintained. Slightly raised concrete pads we’re level. Joseph was extremely accommodating. Some road noise but it didn’t bother me. Would stay again for a night or two.
