For Sun Outdoors Petoskey Bay Harbor: We stayed here 4 nights in July of 2022. Beautiful park, gorgeous landscaping. Nice music at the clubhouse lawn on Friday. Bike lanes across very busy highway were wonderful to explore Petoskey orCharlevoix. Nice list of restaurants provides when asked - particularly those marked as staff favorites was a bonus. Cable choices limited, Wi-Fi not enough bandwidth to support streaming of any movie choice. At night couldn’t watch news without stopping and starting- annoying.

For Sun Outdoors Petoskey Bay Harbor: Regarding the comments of the last review, now that it is one year later there is sufficient staffing and the park is beautiful. Our site backed up to route 31 which was a bit noisy but I would certainly go back. Everyone has a concrete pad and other than tents all campers are welcome.

For Sun Outdoors Petoskey Bay Harbor: Summary: very nice facility that is understaffed and over priced for what you get relative to other Sun properties. Minus 1 star for being poorly run The layout and facilities are what you expect from a Sun property. The location is great with easy access to the Little Travis Wheelway where you can bike to Petoskey or Charlevoix; just be care crossing the highway. Despite the abundance of bike paths, the area is not the most bike friendly with area car drivers. The sites are good size and there are decent facilities; pool, putting green, tennis or pickle ball . All that said, this isn’t the well run resort you expect for the price and from Sun. Check ins were sent in without ensuring sites were empty which lead to camp site confrontations and RVs stacked up in the road way. Resort staff are non-existent except for the one person in the gatehouse/office and the daily person picking up trash.

For Sun Outdoors Petoskey Bay Harbor: Fabulous CG. Plenty of space. Facilities are top notch. Ton of amenities. We will be back. Try to park towards the back row (away from road).

For Sun Outdoors Petoskey Bay Harbor: Beautiful RV park. Sites are very large and everything is spotless. Nice little pup park so the dog can stretch their legs. We didn’t have a chance to use the pool or clubhouse but from outside they looked great also. Would definitely come back.

For Sun Outdoors Petoskey Bay Harbor: The nicest RV Resort we’ve been to. Tennis court, fitness center, putting course, pool, hot tub, theater room, pool table, coffee and bagels for breakfast, gorgeous grounds and close to both Petoskey and Charlevoix. 30 mile bike path across the road. We were supposed to stay 5 nights, stayed 8 and will be back next year for a month. We hated to leave.

For Sun Outdoors Petoskey Bay Harbor: This park is fabulous! Beautiful grounds and landscaping, private THX movie theater. The putt is real grass ? Spacious sites - this is luxury glamping if I ever saw it!
