For Kaibab Paiute Band Tribal RV Park and Campground: What a gem! We stayed 9 nights in early March and everything previous reviewers have stated is accurate. Very accommodating staff and easy check in. Immaculate laundry room and bathrooms. Pine Springs Monument was very interesting and definitely worth the visit. The market in Colorado City has a very good selection of food, wine, and beer. Nice trail to walk dogs. Big sky views to the south were great for watching weather. We will return!

For Kaibab Paiute Band Tribal RV Park and Campground: We volunteered for Pipe Spring National Monument which is across the road and stayed at the RV park for 4 months, from 9/1/2021 to 12/31/2021. This park is a pleasant surprise. It is fairly small with its 70 or so large pull through gravel sites and 12 tent sites but well laid out and with almost new looking infrastructure and facilities. There is a large clubhouse and covered patio for general use. The park is situated on the Kaibab Paiute reservation and well run by the tribe with great prices, especially with Good Sam's memberships. It is an International Dark Sky park with fantastic sunsets and beautiful cliffs all around. September was warm to hot, October warm to nice, November nice to spectacular. During the winter it will freeze at night, and days will be sunny and anything from pleasant to cold. Only park we have ever been with absolutely NO mosquitoes. Didn't see a single one. Near by towns for groceries are either Colorado City at 13 miles which is ground zero for the fundamental arm of the LDS church, or Kanab UT at 19 miles. The biggest plus for this park are the near by attractions. The Grand Canyon North Rim, Bryce Canyon, Zion, Glen Canyon, Horseshoe Bend, Antilope Canyon, Vermillion Cliffs and the Grand Staircase Escalante are all within day trips from the park. Definitely in our "will return" column. Willem and Sylvia van Adrichem, Dec 2021

For Kaibab Paiute Band Tribal RV Park and Campground: We stayed in site #E5 and it was fantastic. The price was an absolute steal at only $87.50 for the week. Holy smokes what a deal! Our full hookup pull-through site was gravel and mostly level. Lots of space between sites. Beautiful 360 degree views of the surrounding cliffs. The electrical post appeared to be almost new and it had 30 and 50 amp plugs plus two 110 volt outlets. Very cool! On the downside, there was zero cell service for both AT&T and Verizon. Free wifi worked at the site but it was average at best. Not good enough for streaming but ok for checking email. Very clean private showers. Restrooms are not private but they were also clean. Didn't use the laundry room but the machines appeared to be in good condition. There is a wonderful walking/jogging trail that parallels the road. DVDs and books available in the office. Pipe Spring National Monument is within walking distance and it is definitely worth a visit. Chevron gas station down the street has more than enough space for RVs to fill up at the pumps. Kanab, Utah is also gorgeous and it's only about 20 minutes away. Overall we loved this place and would definitely stay here again.

For Kaibab Paiute Band Tribal RV Park and Campground: Very nice little park. Hookups and Building with bathrooms, showers and laundry all appear to be new and well maintained. Sites are spacious. Staff was super friendly. They couldn't find our reservation but accepted our confirmation paperwork without question. They walked through the park with us and allowed us to pick our site from what was available. Only downside is Verizon cell is poor to absent at times, but WiFi was good to excellent.

For Kaibab Paiute Band Tribal RV Park and Campground: Great location. Dark sky friendly. We stayed for two nights in October 2020. Staff was helpful. Price was reasonable. Previous complaints about bright lighting have been addressed. Tall lights are muted with reddish bulbs, site lights are dimmed down. Great to sit outside at night and enjoy the sky. During Covid time, masks are required indoors. Cleanliness is immaculate. I would have given it 5 stars if the WiFi was adequate. We sat outside in front of the office to get WiFi. No phone service with Verizon there.

For Kaibab Paiute Band Tribal RV Park and Campground: PA discount still good. Not much to add to the other reviews except to say that Covid has caused tribe to close Chevron convenience store (bring everything you need) but you can still get fuel as lower prices. Some RV park amenities not available due to virus. Great place. Quiet and dark.

For Kaibab Paiute Band Tribal RV Park and Campground: Friendly helpful staff. They take passport america, so 12:50 a night for full hookup. Clean, close enough for a basecamp to see Zion, North Rim, Bryce and Page. Pipe Springs a must. Dark skies
