For McClellan Mobile Home Park: Horrible place. Rude loud inconsiderate residents & many spaces look like homeless camps. Multiple drug dealers create excessive traffic. Staffing is a revolving door. Laundry room is deplorable. Several spaces have no parking ability & several vehicles on streets. 1 of many recent west coast acquisitions by the Boa Vida Group who appears to only be interested in investing & increasing their bottom line. They compare lot space rent to bed/bath/sq.ft. rentals. Not the same thing at all. Not the same market.
