For Port San Luis Harbor District: This beach is a long time favorite and stayed here in my RV for the first time today. Came in at 0100 in the morning and was lucky to find the last space as they are first come first serve. Beach front, nothing between you and the ocean. $52 a night, no hookups, but the view is well worth it. The beach is prefect for kids, tiny waves and nice sand. Pier is a few hundred yards away with fresh sea food for sell as well as a Restaurant. For a dry camping place, it's top notch.

For Port San Luis Harbor District: You can not beat the view or the wonderful sound of the ocean. The biggest drawback is if you want to be right by the ocean, it is dry camping. They allow big rigs so the generator noise around us was pretty loud until quiet time at 10:00. The other drawback is they charge an extra $20 to use the dump site (on top of the $50/nite for dry camping). All sites are first come first served, so come early in the week if you can. I still gave this a 4 star for the view alone.
