For Pitchford by the Sea RV Park: Active train tracks run right through the middle of the park at all hours. Needs updating. Long term residents have run down sites. Laundry/restrooms need updating. Close proximity to the water, and grocery/shopping/ restaurants. Owner was friendly so that's a plus.
