For Hillbilly Creekside Campground: We were so glad to stay at our friends campground. Very clean, quiet and very enjoyable! The weather was perfect and the mountains were so beautiful!! I would recommend this campground to everyone! Richard and Stacey are the best!!!

For Hillbilly Creekside Campground: Probably no worse than others along that stretch in terms of the small sites - the neighbor's awning almost touched my rig. But I do not consider them pet friendly. Saying there is a nice dog walk across the road is very different from them not ALLOWING the dog to relieve themselves in any manner on the property. There was a whole list of rules - not shown on the web site, not mentioned during reservation and not given at check in. Apparently you needed to go into the restroom to find them and read them. If you want to have a bunch of rules - post them before we have committed our non-refundable money.

For Hillbilly Creekside Campground: Very nice RV park in the heart of Maggi Valley and close to everything. This is a small friendly Mom and Pop park with nice laundry, clean bathroom and hot showers. The RV spaces are fairly level, good water, cable tv, and septic. At present the park does not have wifi but about 90 percent of the parks that say they do either does not work or very bad signal so was not a concern. I did have good phone signal both AT&T and Verizon. The owners, Richard and Stacey were friendly and helpful. We chose this park because they are pet friendly. There is a very nice park across and down the street behind the Methodist Church to walk the dogs. There is also maintained doggie area next to the RV park. Maggi Valley is a cool little mountain village and we enjoyed our stay.
