For El Reno Lake Campground: Called to see how full they were. Incredibly friendly hosts insisted on giving us directions that were easy to follow and did not take us through the business district like GPS would have. Hosts said they couldn’t do a reservation but assured us we would have a spot that night. $20 covered full hookups in a peaceful park and much needed real showers for this dusty and tired crew making our way back home from a week of hiking and what not. Would absolutely stay again.

Sharon

For El Reno Lake Campground: Beautiful campground and lake. My only complaint is that the spots are poorly marked for folks that arrive after dark. We could not find the designated tent area so ended up paying $20 for an RV site. A map of the sites would have been very helpful. Now that I have seen it in the daylight and know where everything is, I would definitely stay here again.

For El Reno Lake Campground: $20 for full hook up ($15 water/electric). Shade with small trees. Recovered from tornado last year. No concrete pads or WiFi. Nice walk around lake. Quiet. Well kept. Friendly hosts. Will visit again. Didn’t use bathhouse. Near interstate, Walmart and lots of fast food options.

Pam

For El Reno Lake Campground: $15 for water and electric. No dump station but we were lucky there was an empty site in the full hookup section we could use. Next time we’ll just stay over there. It was a little strange that there’s no map of the park, and we came to the east campground first so just set up there. West has the full hookups and is a short distance down the road. Lovely lake view, and had a quiet night after the kids who drove in to do donuts with their car left.

JamuJoe

For El Reno Lake Campground: Convenient location, nice lake, good value, but check your site before settling down. Our $20 site #53 in the west campground did not have a sewer connection. A ragged trailer with a pit bull tied outside seemed a lot more permanent than the 15 day stay allowance. More oversight seems warranted.

For El Reno Lake Campground: Super Cute little park. Camp hosts were lovely and our kids and puppy enjoyed walking along the lake. El Reno is a clean and friendly little town and you can’t beat $20 for full hookup. Would definitely recommend for a nice overnight stay.

For El Reno Lake Campground: Ditto to all comments from previous reviewers. We visited in January 2019 and would like to try again in summer. Great location for those passing through on interstate. Very good price for full hook ups @ $15. Good antenna TV reception.
