For Tennessee Fairgrounds: I had heard mixed reviews but when we got there, there was a weekend-long race happening and about 25 other RVs! We definitely couldn’t have squeezed in up top at the paid lot with hook ups (I don’t know how those big buses did!) but the people we talked to had no problem with us staying for free on the lower lot (no hookups). It was us and about 5 other MHs.
On my own and without an event, I don’t know if I would have stayed there - very dark, very quiet. But with a community we felt fine.

For Tennessee Fairgrounds: This used to be a great place to stay. A lot of spots have been taken out. Now only 25 left. Your best bet for open spots are if there are no events going on here, but check the website for events, especially the monthly flea market. The spots remaining are usually reserved by vendors for the market. Sites 2-21 have water, 30A power, and sewer. Sites 22-25 (on the side) have 50A power, water, and sewer. There is a lot of construction going on around here. Have been told these sites may not last too much longer because of new construction/development. Call the office and tell them we need more rv parking. This is a great central location.

For Tennessee Fairgrounds: Drove in, look at sites, felt it was not a good fit for our 40’ motorhome and departed. Sites are parking spaces with significant slope. Noisy, dirty. Construction bring done on the fairgrounds with jack hammers. Tow sets of railroad tracks.
Office staff was pleasant, that’s the only positive.

For Tennessee Fairgrounds: Can confirm, full hookups and no charge! Stayed 3 nights. Just a few other rigs at any time. Felt safe. Thank you Nashville!

For Tennessee Fairgrounds: Typical fairgrounds sketchy neighborhood. Drive all the way there and decided our dog or wheels shouldn't be left alone in that area. Ended up at the overpriced yogi rv park near Opryland

For Tennessee Fairgrounds: FREE! Posted fee but no collection box. Full hook ups too! Close to downtown! Not in a scenic place at all and just a small parking lot but FREE! No one here to collect. There was a lot of train noise and police sirens throughout the night but safe area. It's far enough away from the main streets and well lit. Bring earplugs and you'll be good. Did I mention FREE?? Don't quote me though as it may be different next time.

For Tennessee Fairgrounds: Full hookups and nobody collected the posted $35 fee during our stay. Gates were all locked except Walsh Rd & 4th Ave S. Once inside, we found RV park at GPS (36.131742, -86.764581). Uber picked us up at the Fifty-Forward at 174 Rains Ave and dropped us at the RV for $5.65.
