For Hidden Oaks RV Resort: Quite, treed campsite. We were there in January and less than 10 campers were there. Grass is full of ‘stickers’ ie little gray spiked seedlings that cling to everything and that are sharp enough to stick to your skin. Sites have no pads so not easy to sit outside. Right next to birding areas and staff is great. Place needs a bit of TLC

For Hidden Oaks RV Resort: The sign in front of the campground is very small so drive slow enough to see it so you don't have to back up. I enjoyed the oaks that are a major part of the campground. They do not have concrete pads, but they have a large opening in the middle so you don't feel overcrowded. The manager was very helpful. The aren't in the office during lunch, but are quick to help you if you give them a call. The wifi wasn't the fastest but it did seem to reach most sections of the park. The clubhouse is not fancy, but does have a pool table and a large tv, DVD and book library. They have a laundry room connected to the clubhouse. They also have two restrooms with shower. We were here in January and the location is in the middle of a birding area. It is also a short drive to a Big Live Oak tree. Many people seem to return each winter and we found them very friendly and accepting of new arrivals.

For Hidden Oaks RV Resort: Large spaces, many trees. wifi was great. Seems like people return here often. Facilities could be better and more of them.
