DLMS
For Peaceful Waters Campground: Pleasant campground, conveniently located to Rockville and surrounding towns. Lots to do in the area, be sure to pick up a Covered Bridge map! Very nice owners, clean campground and bathhouse, small camp store with limited items at the end of season. Some road noise from RT 41 beginning around 6 am but mostly quiet at night. Very nice cabins for those who don’t want to tent or RV. Beautiful landscape, walking path. Lots for kids to do, fishing, basketball court, etc. Owners take pride in their property. Minus one star for their refund policy. They must have a reason but I feel it’s a bit extreme. When you book your reservation you pay in full. Their policy is NO refunds or credits towards future seasons. It is plainly stated on their site and confirmation. I’m quite familiar with keeping one night or a stepped down refund policy but this seemed excessive. Regardless, if you are aware going in it is what it is.

For Peaceful Waters Campground: Beautiful area with nice trees and shade. Very close to Turkey Run state park. Hosts are very nice. Site was not level and the water and electric are backwards so we had to run hose under camper. Would definitely stay here again!

For Peaceful Waters Campground: Hospitable hosts, serene and peaceful atmosphere, all around great place to camp!
Only 5 minutes from Turkey Run State Park. We just happened upon this place because the state campground was full. The rates here were about the same as a night at the State Park (about $25), but they actually have water sites here.

For Peaceful Waters Campground: Friendly and helpful staff but the park is not good for big rigs...no level sites. 50 amp is two 30's put together for an extra charge of $5.00 per day.
