For Weko Beach: The location of this campground is fantastic. One of the few places you can camp on Lake Michigan with an easy walk to the beach, but you probably can’t ever camp here. All of the nice campsites are rented out for the summer, year after year, to the same people. The small, crowded sites are sometimes available. If you tent camp or your rig is small - they don’t take larger that 30’ long and our 25’ rig barely fit - it might be fun to stay a couple days and go to the beach. Just know what you’re getting into. The campsites you can get aren’t that great. The sunsets are lovely. Adjacent to Warren Dunes State Park.

For Weko Beach: It would be helpful if the listing contained seasonal opening information. We're here March-April looking for a place to stay, only to discover this park doesn't open until May 1st (until October 17th).

For Weko Beach: Great spot! We were able to easily walk to the beach and watch beautiful sunsets. Great trails our six year old loved to explore! Sites were well spaced and staff was super nice. Only negative was we were on the primitive side which means we had porta potties which were well maintained. Shower house was a Roth street at their other side. Loved it otherwise!
